Some people have heard about Nordic Walking, or have perhaps tried it at one of the free try-out days run by Total care Podiatry, and wish to take it up as a regular fitness activity.

Click here for more details about the Nordic Walking Course.

After having been trained in the correct technique of Nordic Walking, some people will be seen Nordic Walking out in the community, or in their own walking group. As this fantastic new walking option becomes more well known, we will be developing a number of new Nordic Walking groups around the Geelong region.

If you belong to a walking group in the Geelong area and they would like an introduction to Nordic Walking, please call the Total Care Podiatry to arrange a group introductory session with our qualified Nordic Walking instructor, Paul Graham.

Social Weekly Walks:

While assistance is given to help you get the best out of your Nordic Walking, our weekly walks are for people who have already participated in a Nordic Walking course and are confident in their ability to participate safely and effectively.
